At Zychon, we value your trust and strive to deliver high-quality products you’ll love.
Returns are only accepted if you receive a damaged item or the wrong product.
You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

with your order details and photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item and your return is approved, you may place a new order for the correct product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status:
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
